What is the Genesis Preorder?
The founding collection of TrippyKong®. Orders are collected first, then the claimed pieces enter production after the preorder window closes.
When will my preorder ship?
The opening date, closing date and estimated dispatch window will be shown before orders open. You will receive updates as your order moves through production and dispatch.
Is my founding price guaranteed?
Yes. The price you pay when placing your preorder is locked for that order.
What if TrippyKong® cannot fulfil my order?
You receive a full refund. Contact info@trippykong.com with questions about your preorder.
Can I change my size?
Contact info@trippykong.com before the preorder window closes to request a size change.
Will this founding run restock?
This exact founding configuration is a closed run. Future drops may revisit the entities in new formats.
Does the print glow in the dark?
No. The print reacts to UV light. The artwork remains visible in ordinary lighting; UV brings out its fluorescent colour.
How do I care for my piece?
Turn inside out. Wash gently at 30°C maximum using mild detergent. Air dry. Do not tumble dry or iron the print.
